GEL FOAM CUSHION
A Gel bladder is nestled between two thick pieces of high density,
high resiliency foam for superior weight distribution and pressure
relief. The bladder rests in a cutout section of the bottom foam
piece to keep the cushion level and the gel beneath the patient.
It allows the wheelchair cushion bladder to move and give in
concert with the foam and gel, providing patients with a more
complete system of pressure sore prevention. Our unique,
lightweight gel increases cushion volume and reduces overall
pressure for improved mobility. The Gel-Eeze wheelchair cushion
comes with a wet proof nylon cover which is antimicrobial and
flame retardant. The wheelchair cushion is breathable for patient
comfort and has a zippered cover to easily remove and clean.
