This lightweight modified triangle is versatile and offers a variety of fitting options.
Fitting perfectly against the chest wall, it evens out any irregularities and helps restore natural contours.

The flat bottom gives a natural look while the wide middle creates an even appearance across the chest.

This lightweight asymmetrical form offers a concave back to accommodate excess tissue.
The underarm extension fills in for missing tissue at the axilla area.
Enhanced softness and profile imitate mature breast tissue.
Fits shallow to average profile and is ideal for bilateral needs.

Harmony Connect

Lightweight attachable triangle
The Harmony connect is a unique new breast form that can be worn as an attachable breast form.
Or, if one chooses, a soft cotton backed cover is provided which can be used to wear the breast form in the traditional manner, in the pocket of a bra.
To wear the Harmony Connect as an attachable breast form, simply remove the protective cover to expose the unique gel adhesive backing and affix the breast form to the chest wall in desired location.

Harmony Flex

Average to Full Lightweight Heart Shaped
This symmetrical heart-shaped foam is versatile and can be fit on either the right or left side.
Position the short extensions in any direction to fill in missing tissue at the upper chest or axilla area; there is no right or wrong way to position this form.
The curve of the form makes it an excellent fit with under wire bra styles

Harmony XTend

Average to Full Lightweight Asymmetrical
This form provides more projection and fullness than other Harmony forms.
Tapered extension fills in for missing tissue in the axilla area. The curve at the underarm area provides an anatomical transition form top to bottom, filling in where tissue is missing.
This asymmetrical form can even be positioned on the opposite side of the body to provide more fullness on the side and fill in the center of the chest.
Recommended for use with extensive surgeries.
